Can I visit your warehouse or showroom?
Our warehouse is open to the public (we do not have a showroom). Visit us during our business hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm.

Payments & Orders

Can I modify or cancel my order?
Our warehouse processes orders swiftly. To modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately, preferably within one hour of placing the order.

Can I get an invoice or receipt for my order?
We have gone paperless. You can request an invoice anytime by emailing your order number to sales@decoranddecor.com.


Shipping & Delivery

What are your shipping options and delivery times?
We offer standard (2-4 business days) and express delivery within the UK. Detailed shipping options and costs are available during checkout.

How can I track my order?
Tracking details will be emailed to you upon dispatch. If you haven't received this information, please contact our customer service team.

What should I do if my order is incomplete?
First, check your order confirmation and emails. If the expected items are missing, contact us immediately to resolve the issue.


Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

How do I return an item?

Can I exchange my items?
We don't offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order separately.
