RETURN POLICY

At DecorAndDecor, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return your order within 30 days of receiving it. Please review our return policy below:

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
  • Items that are damaged, altered, or show signs of wear and tear are not eligible for returns.

Return Process:

  1. Pack and Ship Your Return:
    • Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging. Include all paperwork, parts, and accessories.
    • Write your order number prominently on the outside of the package.
    • Ship the package to the following return address: DecorAndDecor

    • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
  • In cases where we provided a prepaid return label, please use the label to send back the item.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet the return eligibility criteria.
  • Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchanges:

  • We do not offer exchanges for different sizes or colors. If you need a different size or colour, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at sales@decoranddecor.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
