Processing Time:
- Orders placed by 4pm Mon-Fri and 11am Sat are dispatched the same day.
- Long items (sliding door kits, wardrobe rails, hardware exceeding 1.2m) are dispatched by 3pm Mon-Fri; no dispatch occurs on weekends.
- Tracking information will be provided upon dispatch.

Limitation of Liability for Delivery Delays

- Contractor or tradesperson cancellation fees
- Lost wages or time off work
- Rescheduling costs for appointments or services
- Accommodation or travel expenses
- Consequential or indirect losses of any kind
Customer Responsibility: Customers should not arrange contractors, time off work, or other services based on estimated delivery dates. We strongly recommend waiting until goods are delivered before scheduling any dependent activities.
Carrier Responsibility
Once dispatched, your order is in the care of our approved courier partners. Any delays, damage, or loss during transit is the responsibility of the carrier. We will assist in resolving carrier-related issues but cannot be held liable for their service failures.
Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our delivery obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government regulations, strikes, pandemics, natural disasters, or carrier service disruptions.
Delivery Guarantee Limitations
- "Guaranteed" delivery services refer to the courier's service level commitment, not our guarantee
- If a guaranteed service fails, our liability is limited to refunding the delivery charge only
- No compensation will be provided for consequential losses resulting from failed guaranteed deliveries

Order Tracking:
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery online or through our website.
Shipping Address:
- Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly during checkout to avoid delays or misdelivery. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Order Changes/Cancellations:
- If you need to make changes to your order or cancel it for any reason, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to make changes or cancel it.
Lost or Damaged Shipments:
- In the rare event that your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive a satisfactory resolution, whether through replacement, refund, or other appropriate measures.
Installation & Compatibility:
- Installation instructions are provided for guidance only. We strongly recommend professional installation for sliding door systems and complex lock mechanisms.
- We are not liable for damage caused by incorrect installation, use of inappropriate tools, or failure to follow provided instructions.
- Customers must verify compatibility with existing doors, frames, and hardware before installation.
- Returns will not be accepted for items damaged during customer installation attempts.
Claims Process
Any claims for delayed delivery must be reported within 30 days of the original estimated delivery date. Our maximum liability for any delivery-related claim is limited to the value of goods purchased, excluding delivery charges.
Alternative Dispute Resolution: We are committed to resolving disputes amicably. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may refer the matter to an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) scheme or the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform as required under UK law.
Customer Acknowledgment
By placing an order, customers acknowledge and agree to these delivery terms and accept that delivery timeframes are estimates subject to variation. Customers assume full responsibility for any arrangements made based on estimated delivery dates.
